DAILY DEVOTIONAL READING
Jesus: God’s Final Solution
Jn. 3:16-19; Eph. 1:7.
God would not have man to run from pillar to post forever. The final solution had to be provided once and for all. When it was time, God sent the Lord Jesus as the sacrificial lamb to die a shameful and painful death to save the whole world. As many as received Him, the Bible says He gave them power to become the sons of God. Through His death and resurrection we are redeemed and restored to the Father. We now have access to relate with Him, be used of Him and glorify Him. We have victory from sin, the world and the devil. Despite what Jesus did on the cross, many are yet to receive Him. Many have not seen the divine provision made available by His death and resurrection. So, many people even insult Him by calling Him different names. So many still have faith in sacrificing animals for their sins not knowing that Jesus has paid it all. Do you believe in what Jesus did? Have you accepted Him as your Lord and personal Saviour? This is the best decision anyone can make in his entire life. The decision does not only affect our living here on earth, it also determines where and how we will spend our eternity.
Point of Emphasis: Have you made the most important decision to accept the Jesus?
Prayer Point: Lord I accept Your provision on the cross for me. Please wash all my sins away in Jesus name
